Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Strategic Partnerships Associate to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients interested in our AI/ML, automation, custom software development, IT consulting/support, and data services. Your primary focus will be identifying and securing projects by leveraging your existing network, conducting LinkedIn outreach, and proactively engaging with businesses seeking innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify Potential Partners: Actively research and identify companies that could benefit from our company's services in AI/ML, automation, custom software development, IT consulting, and data analytics.

Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and potential of each lead to determine if they are a good fit for our company's offerings. Prioritize leads based on their potential value and alignment with our company's strategic goals.
2. Relationship Building and Networking:

Establish Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your network.

Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our company's services and tailor your communication to the specific needs of each potential partner.
3. Project Development and Proposal Creation:

Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the specific challenges and objectives of potential partners.

Develop Project Proposals: Create compelling project proposals that outline the proposed solutions, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
4. Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and ensure a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Close Deals: Successfully secure project contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the project delivery team.
